2. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations made through our website or by phone are subject to availability. We recommend making reservations at least 48 hours in advance, especially for weekends and holidays.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the reservation time will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee of CHF 20 per person.
  • No-shows will be charged a fee of CHF 30 per person.
