Vera from Lago di Garda and Danilo with his Swiss-Italian heritage bring authentic flavors and innovative techniques to our kitchen. Their combined experience in prestigious restaurants across Europe shapes our distinctive culinary approach—where tradition meets creativity.

Together with Brando and Celine, whose international backgrounds span from Italy to California, we've created more than just a restaurant—we've built a home where culinary artistry meets heartfelt hospitality.

Born in Biel (CH) and raised in southern Italy, Danilo is a true free spirit who masters different cuisines and combines his roots with his skills.

Operations Manager

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Brando studied International Business Administration and worked as a B2B Sales Manager before joining Ristorante Salotto Brè.

Hospitality Manager

Growing up in California and Aargau (CH), Celine worked as a flight attendant before studying Tourism in The Netherlands and developing a passion for hospitality.
