From Lago di Garda (IT), Vera was already called "Vera Pasticcera" at two years old. She balances tradition and innovation in her cooking philosophy.
Danilo
Head Chef
Born in Biel (CH) and raised in southern Italy, Danilo is a true free spirit who masters different cuisines and combines his roots with his skills.
Brando
Operations Manager
With an entrepreneurial spirit, Brando studied International Business Administration and worked as a B2B Sales Manager before joining Ristorante Salotto Brè.
Celine
Hospitality Manager
Growing up in California and Aargau (CH), Celine worked as a flight attendant before studying Tourism in The Netherlands and developing a passion for hospitality.
